What do I know? Only what I feel and that what I feel doesn’t belong to what’s ahead.
There is only a moment reserved for feeling; food goes bad when you spare it for a special occasion. The chicken s rotten and the tomatoes sank with mold. What do I know? Only this moment prior to seeing you; as if you were never here I wanna see you. I see you and hope only that you can look straight ahead and not past me, at an iteration of a moment I don’t belong to yet, missing me for a shadow.
I can chase a shadow if what I find is you, but I can’t promise you’ll be able to tell me from my shadow. Can you tell us apart? Look straight ahead.
